چکیده
The structural fracture of the compressor blade is main cause fatigue failure. novelty this paper creative application bent swept-back modeling to turbocharger impeller. This based on a impeller satisfying k-ε turbulence model. A simulation model was established in ANSYS software, fluid–structure interaction calculated three models before and after improvement, results were compared analyzed. optimized could improve structure, reduce stress deformation, pressurization ratio. In paper, optimization scheme different parameters discussed line with optimal solution. Based combination fuzzy grey correlation theory, it concluded that between pressure total deformation higher than equivalent stress, these two values reached 0.8596 0.8001, respectively. showed significantly related flow rate. It provides feasible for further improvement supercharger compressor.
